It is a rare but lovely change when we play at parties instead of Weddings (not that we don’t love Weddings) be it a Birthday party, anniversary or summer or Christmas party. We had a wonderful time playing for a party on Sunday at the Worthing Dome.
As a Birthday party the celebree had decided to throw a lovely afternoon tea with games and quizzes. We provided some light and popular classical music while the guests arrived and had champagne and then after the games and quizzes we played some of our pop song covers for violin and cello. We were lucky enough to get a few sandwiches in our break and they were delicious! What a wonderful day!
The celebree loved our music here is what she said:
“Just wanted to say how wonderful it was to have you play at my birthday party on Sunday. Your music was very much appreciated and really added to the atmosphere of the event.
Thank you that as soon as the quizzes and speeches were over you very sensitively began playing and everyone was enjoying your music until the end.
I have had good feedback on the do and everyone seems to have enjoyed themselves so I am delighted with how it all came together.
Thank you so much for your part of making it such a special occasion.”
